NOTD #6

Rimmel London Lasting Finish Pro - 270 Steel Grey

Well, I am quite funny when it comes to nail polishes; I go through phases of  liking certain types of colours for a length of time, like pastel shades or darker shades, but at the moment I am a little obsessed with nudey/browny/grey shades. This nail polish has quickly taken place as my favourite nail polish in my whole collection! It is the most gorgeous browny grey colour and the formula is incredible! It is such a highly pigmented shade, but is not thick at all! It goes onto the nails perfectly and drys so quickly! I only had to apply two coats to achieve the look above and I love it! It is the perfect shade for this time of year to pair with any brightly coloured outfit and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Review | L'Oreal Glam Bronze

Hi everyone!

Well I don't know where to start with this bronzer; I am pretty obsessed with it! I have always struggled with bronzers, sometimes opting to just not wear one because the tone wasn't right for my skin. Bronzers which I have had in the past have either been too orange or not pigmented enough to even see on the skin, but this one is just perfect. It is a silky finish bronzer in the most gorgeous sun kissed tan shade. It just adds a natural glow to the skin and is ideal for contouring. It is long lasting and doesn't need to keep being re-applied throughout the day. It is the ideal compact bronzer, which comes with a mirror and brush (which I don't personally use, but it's a nice extra touch). The packaging is one of my favourite things about this product as it is rose gold, who doesn't love rose gold right?! Overall, I am extremely happy with this product and have used it every single day since purchasing it! For only £7.99, it is the ideal bronzer to have in your makeup bag!

Review | Tanya Burr Lipgloss

 Hey everyone!

So this post is probably one of my favourites to write so far! I have been pretty obsessed with the Tanya Burr range since it was released and am really excited to write this post. I only have two lipglosses so far, but I absolutely LOVE them! I was really unsure which to purchase first because I love every single colour of lipgloss in the collection; but I decided to purchase two quite subtle shades to be on the safe side to start with. As soon as I applied the lipgloss I knew it was the one for me! The first lipgloss I have is 'Afternoon Tea', a beautiful pinky nude shade and the second is 'First Date', a gorgeous baby pink shade. Both lipglosses are super easy to apply and can be built up on the lips to the coverage and colour you want to achieve. They are long wearing, not sticky and are highly pigmented. They also smell absolutely gorgeous, like strawberries and cream (always a good thing)!! The whole collection of lipglosses ranges from bright colours to neutral colours, so there is something for everyone!

The whole collection by Tanya Burr is amazing and I can't wait to purchase more lipglosses and try out the nail polishes! NOTD #5

Essie - Smokin' Hot

Well I thought it was about time that I did another NOTD post for you. After recently discovering a shop that sells Essie nail polishes at a reduced price, every time I go in I seem to pick up another new one (even though I always tell myself I have enough already)! This one caught my eye as soon as I saw it and I just couldn't leave without it! It is the most gorgeous brown/grey colour and I know it's a little dark for this time of year, but I think it is a shade which can be worn all year round! However, saying that, it is quite an appropriate colour for the typical British weather we are having at the minute. It is a highly opaque shade and I only applied two coats to cover my nails. I would highly recommend this shade to anyone; I absolutely love it and I can see it being one of my favourites for a long time!
